LAHORE:
The Punjab government has Imposed Section 144, prohibiting public gatherings for three days in eight cities to to restrict the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party’s scheduled protests.

The Section 144 imposed to Stop Pakistan Tehreek-e-Pakistan Protests in Punjab Districts.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Pakistan (PTI) has decided to protest in some districts of Punjab, Pakistan from 11 October to 14 October on demand the supremacy of the Constitution, the release of the judiciary and the release of PTI Chairman Imran Khan who is imprisoned in Adiala Jail.

In Reply, Punjab Government has imposed section 144 in Gujranwala, Vehari, Sargodha, Multan, Sahiwal, Okara, Pakpattan, Wazirabad. The section is from 11 October to 14 October.

144 Section effect on all parties protests, ralies, conferrences, and other activities. The spokesperson said that 144 section has imposed for terroirs attacks and security issues to ensure the safety of Punjab citizens from attacks and other issues.
